The Movie Render Queue that was made officially available in Unreal 4.26 is a gamechanger. Not only does it provide MASSIVELY better quality motion blur, but you have lots of other perks involved such as getting rid of any temporal artefacting you get with Sequencer.
It is a MUST if you plan on getting frames out of Unreal in the best possible quality.
